Ingredients:
6 cl Gin
2 cl Angel d’Or
Lemon juice
tsp Orange marmelade from Sóller
Preparation:
Put the marmalade and the lemon juice in a frozen Martini glass. Mix the Angel d'Or and the gin and pour into the glass. Decorate with a spiral of orange peel.
