One of the main elements of Mallorca's heritage is, without doubt, windmills. This particular one was renovated, safeguarding all its rustic charm, and creating the space for a charming restaurant. It is located on the Bunyola-Santa María road and offers an excellent Mediterranean menu, based on local produce. It is run by a lovely couple, Herta & Peter Himbert. It is advisable to book in advance, especially in the Summer.
