Traditional cooking
An old wine cellar, where wine used to be produced, served and sold, is now a restaurant, since the 1960's. It is presently run by the third generation of the same family, who continue to serve the same home-made dishes, cooked with fresh, prime-quality ingredients. The traditional Mallorquin menu includes a rice soup, a rabbit casserole, roasted suckling pig and, of course, "pamboli" (bread with olive oil, tomato, cheese and ham).
