The place to go for traditional artisan bread

Located in the La Rosa street and known in Soller as "Ca'n Panxeta", this bakery has continued through many generations since it was founded in 1852. Bread, pastries, cakes, and of course, "ensaimadas", are made here following the old recipies, and they have kept the taste of a by-gone time.
